Processing Time
Each prayer letter is prepared with care. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected or displayed at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Sending a Letter Directly to Someone
If your prayer letter is being sent directly to the recipient, please enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Please double-check the address before submitting your order.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Tracking & Delivery
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If this happens, please allow 1–3 additional business days and check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
